How does the accelerator program work?
Your accelerator partner has arranged free IdeaLift Growth tier access for their portfolio companies. Enter the partner code they provided, and you'll get up to 12 months of Growth features at no cost.
What's included in the Growth tier?
Growth includes 5 signal sources, unlimited ideas, AI-assisted capture, idea clustering & themes, weekly digests, team voting, email forwarding capture, team management, and role permissions. It's our most popular plan for growing teams.
What happens after the free period ends?
Before your free period ends, we'll notify you. You can continue on Growth at our standard pricing ($299/mo or $249/mo annual), downgrade to our free Starter tier, or switch to any other plan. No surprise charges.
Do I need a credit card to redeem?
No. Your partner code gives you full Growth tier access with no payment required during the free period.
Can I redeem if I already have an IdeaLift account?
Yes! If you're on the Starter (free) tier, you can redeem a partner code from your billing page to upgrade to Growth. If you're already on a paid plan, the code cannot be applied.
How do I get a partner code?
Partner codes are distributed by accelerator programs and startup partners. Ask your accelerator's program manager for the IdeaLift partner code.
