IdeaLift Trends helps you understand patterns in customer feedback over time. Track which categories are getting more requests, identify emerging themes, and measure how your product decisions impact customer satisfaction.

Volume Over Time

Track how many ideas are submitted per day, week, or month. Identify spikes that correlate with product releases, marketing campaigns, or seasonal patterns.

Key Metrics

Trend Snapshots

Create point-in-time snapshots of your trends data to track progress over quarters or share with stakeholders. Snapshots capture:

  • Total ideas by status and category
  • Top requested features
  • Customer sentiment indicators
  • Comparison to previous snapshot
