Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Export from Pendo Feedback
- Go to Feedback in your Pendo account
- Navigate to Feature Requests
- Select the requests to export (or select all)
- Click Export → CSV
- Download the file
Note: Pendo Listen uses a different CSV format. If migrating from Listen, use the Generic CSV importer.
Step 2: Upload to IdeaLift
- Go to Dashboard → Import
- Click Pendo Feedback in the "Import from Tool Export" section
- Select the CSV file you exported from Pendo
- IdeaLift will auto-detect your Pendo columns and map them to the right fields
Step 3: Review & Import
- Review the column mapping — adjust any that look wrong
- Choose your default status for imported ideas
- Click Preview Import to see a sample of your data
- Click Import to complete the migration
