Setup Guide
1Connect Intercom
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations
- Find Intercom and click Connect
- Sign in to your Intercom account when prompted
- Authorize IdeaLift to access your conversations
2Import Conversations
- After connecting, click Sync Conversations
- Choose a date range to import from
- IdeaLift will analyze conversations for feature requests
- Review extracted ideas in your inbox
3Review & Organize
- New ideas appear in your Inbox
- Each idea links back to the original conversation
- Customer info is automatically attached
- Merge duplicates or categorize as needed
