- •IdeaLift Growth plan or higher
- •Fireflies.ai account with API access
- •Meeting recordings with transcription enabled
Setup Guide
1Connect Fireflies
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations
- Find Fireflies and click Connect
- Enter your Fireflies API key (found in Fireflies Settings → API)
- Click Authorize to complete the connection
2Import Transcripts
- After connecting, click Sync Transcripts
- Select which meetings to analyze
- IdeaLift scans transcripts for feature requests and feedback
- Ideas are extracted and added to your inbox
3Review Extracted Ideas
- New ideas appear in your Inbox with meeting context
- Each idea includes a link to the original transcript
- Speaker attribution helps identify who made the request
- Approve, merge, or archive as needed

- Name meetings clearly so extracted ideas have good context
- Use participant names in Fireflies to enable customer attribution
- Tag meetings in Fireflies (e.g., "customer-call") for easier filtering
- Review extracted ideas promptly while meeting context is fresh
